We're gathering approved results from veterans and families we've represented. Until then, read what clients say on our testimonials page, or see our veteran stories.
What a "result" means in a VA claim
A result can be a new service connection, a higher rating, an earlier effective date that adds back pay, TDIU, Special Monthly Compensation, or DIC for a surviving spouse. For Social Security, it's an approval of SSDI or SSI. Each result depends on the facts, the medical evidence, and the rules in place when VA or SSA decides.
How we'll report results
- Only with written permission from the client, after they review exactly what we'll publish.
- Accurate and specific: what the issue was, what was filed, and what was decided. No rounding up and no composites.
- No personal identifiers: no VA file numbers, Social Security numbers, or medical details the client hasn't approved.
- No averages or "success rates" unless we can back them with complete, verifiable records.
