Accredited claims agents are authorized by VA to prepare, present, and prosecute claims before VA. You can verify accreditation at VA's accreditation search.
Not affiliated with government agencies
We are a private business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Social Security Administration, or any other government agency. Free help is available from VA-recognized Veterans Service Organizations.
Fees
VA rules don't allow accredited agents to charge for help with a claim before VA issues its first decision on it. Our VA fees follow 38 CFR 14.636 and a written agreement filed with VA. Our Social Security fees follow SSA rules and require SSA approval.
