If your condition or location isn't listed
You can still file. You'll need evidence of exposure and a medical opinion linking your condition to it. Chronic rhinitis and sinusitis claims, for example, are common and often rated under the respiratory schedule.
Previously denied?
If VA denied a condition that's now presumptive, you can file a Supplemental Claim. VA says it will review your case again.
We'll check your service dates and diagnoses against VA's current presumptive lists.
